Important Information:
- Advisors are kindly requested to specify whether they prefer net or commissionable rates.
- Please indicate the preferred payment currency: EUR, USD, or CAD.
- All transfer rates are one way.
- All transfer and tours services rates are per service not per person.
- Special fare supplements may apply and are indicated. Exact cost for these will be confirmed by A&L within 3 business days from submission.
- Prices are valid until December 31, 2026.
- Payment is due upon receipt of official invoice.
- If the method of payment is a credit card, please add 3% to the rate shown.
- Cancellation penalties may apply. Details can be found on invoice.
- Services for more that 4 pax can be requested through A&L.
- These services are confirmed as soon as Travel advisor submits the booking form. However, the official confirmation, detailed information, and exact pricing and any applicable supplements will be provided via email within three business day of receiving the booking.
- Entrance tickets to any venue are not included in the walking tours bookable her and furthermore cannot be added later. If entrance admissions are needed please contact A&L who will book all services for you.
- Transfer requests must be submitted no later than three business days prior to the client’s arrival time at the destination.
- Requests for walking tours must be submitted at least five business days prior to the desired service date.
- Hotel-only additions cannot be made to these Simple Single Service. If hotel accommodations are required for clients, please contact one of our Travel Designers to create a fully curated land package.
- Any deviation or special request to these single services can not be booked through this portal. Please contact Arts & Leisure at info@arts-leisure.com
- If a customized package has already been created for the clients, please contact your Travel Designer to incorporate the additional services
- These simple single transfers and walking tours listed represent only a portion of our full portfolio. Larger vehicles, additional routings, and curated services not shown are available upon request by contacting our Travel Designers or by emailing info@arts-leisure.com or through the Advisor Lounge.
